Whether you’re dream is one online store, an e-commerce empire or anything in between, it all starts with step one: Installing PrestaShop on your webspace. The good news is that PrestaShop is very straight forward to install. You don’t need any hard core technical know how to be able to successfully install PrestaShop.

Before you install PrestaShop, you’ll need a web hosting account that is sufficiently equipped to handle the demands of the software. Most modern hosting accounts will have no problem with it. You’ll need a hosting account that supports PHP and MySQL. Providing these two needs are met, you should have no trouble.
